Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Taco Kitchen website, online ordering service, and related services (together, the "Service"). By placing an order or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.

3. Account registration

You may need to create an account or verify your phone number via one-time password to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Orders and acceptance

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
  • Product availability and menu items may vary by location and are not guaranteed.
  • All product images are for illustrative purposes only and actual items may vary.
  • If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a substitute or refund.

5. Pricing and payment

  • Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is processed by Xendit. By submitting payment you authorize us and Xendit to charge your selected payment method.
  • We may store tokenized references to your payment methods (not full card details) so you can check out faster on future orders.
  • If payment is declined we may cancel the order and notify you via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

6. Pickup and delivery

  • Estimated preparation, pickup, and delivery times are approximations and not guarantees.
  • For pickup, please arrive during the scheduled window with your order ID.
  • For delivery, you are responsible for providing an accurate address, reachable phone number, and any access instructions.
  • If we cannot reach you or deliver to the address provided, the order may be returned to the outlet and will not be refunded.
  • Delivery may be fulfilled by third-party couriers whose terms apply to their portion of the service.

7. Cancellations and refunds

  • Because food is prepared fresh, cancellations are only possible before preparation begins.
  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within thirty (30) minutes of delivery or pickup.
  • Refunds, where granted, will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–14 business days to appear depending on your bank.
  • These Terms do not limit any non-waivable statutory consumer rights.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, place fake or fraudulent orders, harass or threaten our team or other customers, or attempt to gain unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

9. Allergens

Our kitchens handle common allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please contact the outlet directly before ordering.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Service is owned by Taco Kitchen or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
